Terms of service

These terms are between you and Okestri. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite to your workspace do. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Okestri is currently invite-only. Accounts are created by us rather than by public sign-up, and access may be limited while the service is in this period.

Okestri acts on your instructions and within limits you set. You decide which commands may run unattended, which services it may reach, and what it may spend. Approving an action is your decision and its consequences are yours.

You must have the right to give Okestri access to whatever you connect to it, and you must not use it to break the law, to attack other systems, or to work around another service’s terms.

When you approve an action, or pre-authorise a category of routine actions, an agent carries it out under your account and using the access you connected. Those actions are treated as yours: an email an agent sends is from you, a change it commits is your change, and a payment or purchase made through a tool you connected is your purchase.

Model output can be wrong, and an agent can misread a situation. Approval exists precisely because you are the check on that, so review what you are approving rather than relying on the agent having got it right.

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, tell you about serious incidents that affect your data, and give you a way to get your work out — docs export as files, tables export as CSV, and the audit record of what agents did is exportable too. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, and we do not promise that an agent’s output is correct — which is the reason approval exists.

Your code, your data, and the work you produce remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your work, to pass the relevant parts to an AI model provider and to the services you connect, and to display it back to you. We claim no ownership of your content.

Okestri is under active development and features may change. We will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on. During the invite-only period, service levels are best effort.

Where fees for Okestri apply, they will be set out when you subscribe.

Model usage is billed separately and not by us. You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google key, so what an agent spends on model calls is charged by that provider to your account with them. Okestri shows you the running cost and lets you cap spending per agent and per month, but those caps are our controls, not the provider’s billing.

To be completed before launch: subscription pricing, billing cycle, renewal and cancellation terms, tax handling, and refund policy.

You can stop using Okestri and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

To be completed before launch: the registered company name and address behind Okestri, the governing jurisdiction, and the courts that will hear disputes. These terms are not enforceable without them, and this page should be reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction before you rely on it.
