About your business

If you answer the optional questions during setup — your industry, roughly how many people work there, your role, and what you want agents to take on — we keep those answers to tailor the product to you. Every question can be skipped, and none of it is sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Connected services

The access you grant, encrypted. Not your passwords — those stay with the service.

Your code

Shallow-copied into a private workspace so an agent can work on it. That copy stays on our infrastructure after the job ends — see “How long we keep it” below.

Usage

What each job cost, so we can show you spending and enforce the limits you set.

To do its work, Okestri passes the relevant parts of your request to an AI model provider, and reaches the services you have connected. We use a small number of companies to run the product:

AI model provider

Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google, depending on the agent. Receives the text of your request and the material an agent needs to answer it. You supply your own API key, so their retention terms apply to you directly as their customer.

Hosting and database

Stores your account and your work.

Container provider

Runs the isolated workspaces where commands execute.

Email provider

Sends account email such as sign-in and password resets.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. If we ever change who we rely on, we will update this page.

We do not use your code, your messages, or your work to train AI models. Whether a model provider retains what we send them is governed by our agreement with that provider; we choose providers that offer no-training terms for business use.

Your account and your work are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and your work within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records — for example billing history for tax purposes.

Workspaces are the exception, and we would rather be plain about it than let you assume otherwise: the copy of your repository that an agent works in is not deleted automatically when the job finishes. It stays until you reset or delete that environment, which you can do at any time from the Environments page. Automatic expiry is something we intend to add; until it does, clearing a workspace is a manual step and Environments is where you do it.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw a service connection at any time from the apps page. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If we make a material change to this page, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect, rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
